Private Event Details

Amount of Guests

Minimum- 12     |     Maximum- Please contact us if you have a group larger than 24     ***see below for exceptions***

Projects with a minimum of 12, maximum of 24:

  • Cutting and Serving Board
  • Centerpiece Box
  • Memo Board
  • Oversized Clock
  • Photo Display Board
  • Framed Wood Signs (all small)
  • Framed Wood Signs (all size options) = max will vary

Certain projects have less than the above max. and min.:

  • Copper + Wood Ladder - min 8, max 12
  • Giant Ruler - min 8, max 12
  • Bean Bag Boards - min 4 pairs, max 6 pairs
  • Table - min 4, max 6 (pairs optional)

If you have a small group, please refer to our workshop calendar to register as a group during a public workshop.

Each attendee must be a project participant.

What project will we do?

Your project will depend on your preference and group size. Choose one project from our current workshop offerings for your group to create. All of the projects may be customized and each participant will be sure to leave with a unique project. 

Want to create a custom project? Depending on the project scope, we charge a design fee starting at $30 up to $250 to make your project come to life. Click HERE to learn more about custom projects.

Deposit

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be returned after your event has taken place, or will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

Price and Payment

The pricing for each individual attending a private event is the same price as our usual workshops. If you commit to bringing in a group of 16 or more individuals, we offer 10% off of each individual ticket for your entire group, or your total group price.

For payment, one individual may cover the cost of all attendees or, for $75, we can set up a registration page for your group to pay individually. Please refer to our project listings for specific costs.

Off-Site Events

Due to the materials and space needed, we are currently only offering workshops in our Hopkins location. Special exceptions to this include pop-ups or markets, and our arrangements with our PIP Up North hosts.

Date/Time

Contact us! We can typically accommodate groups during the evenings we are not hosting a workshop. We are available for daytime events on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. We recommend making your reservation at least a month in advance, and will not accept requests with less than 2 weeks notice.

Food and Beverage

We have relationships with local caterers for food and beverages. We are happy to arrange this for you and have it rolled into your final cost, or we can make a reservation for your group to visit a local establishment after your event.
