What project will we do?
Your project will depend on your preference and group size. Choose one project from our current workshop offerings for your group to create. All of the projects may be customized and each participant will be sure to leave with a unique project.
Amount of Guests
See the lists below for attendee minimums and maximums. Each attendee must be a project participant. Please contact us if you have a group or event larger than 24 attendees. Attendees must currently be 18+

Copper + Wood Ladder - min 8, max 12

Bean Bag Boards - min 4 pairs, max 6 pairs (pairs mandatory)
Tables - min 4, max 6 (pairs optional)
Headboard - min 4, max will vary (pairs optional)
Washer Toss - min 6 pairs, max 12 pairs (pairs mandatory)
If you have a small group, please refer to our workshop calendar to register as a group during a public workshop.
We can typically accommodate groups during the evenings we are not hosting a workshop, and occasionally available for weekday daytime workshops. We recommend making your reservation 2 months in advance, and will not accept requests with less than 2 weeks notice.
A $250 security deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be returned after your event has taken place, or will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. You may reserve your date without confirming your project. Projects must be chosen at least two weeks prior to your event. We recommend booking your event 2-3 months prior to your event to reserve your date, but procrastinators are welcome at PIP too!
Price and Payment
The price for each event will vary based on the chosen project and amount of attendees. Refer to each project page for the cost per individual to complete the project, but our typicaly project averages a cost of $65 per person.
For payment, one individual may cover the cost of all attendees or, for a nonrefunable $75, we can set up a registration page for your attendees to register and/or pay individually.
Event Coordinator Reward (NEW)
The main coordinator for each event will receive a $55 credit to return to PIP as a thank you for bringing your group in after your event has taken place.
Due to the materials and space needed, we are currently only offering workshops in our Hopkins location. Special exceptions to this include pop-ups or markets, and our arrangements with our PIP Up North hosts.
Food and Beverage
Sawdust, power tools, step-by-step instructions, oh my! We keep attendees busy during our workshops, and find it's best to plan your dining experience prior to or post your event. Did we mention power tools? We recommend indulging in alcoholic beverages post your event! If food and beverage are musts during your event, please let us know in your initial event request via the form below.
